Once
your Internet order ships from the MSBL Sports Store
a shipping notification from UPS will be sent to
the same e-mail address listed on the Internet order.
This notification will include a UPS tracking number,
two UPS order reference numbers and other shipping
information. Please note: The first
reference number indicates the order number for
orders placed by phone. The second reference number
indicates the order number for orders placed on
our website. Track your order(s) by using the fields
listed above. Please note: When tracking
packages by your order number you must also enter
the package(s) destination zip code.
a. Shortly after first placing your Internet
order, an order confirmation is sent to the same
e-mail address listed on the Internet order. If
you received this confirmation but have not received
the shipping notification from UPS, then your order
has been received by Anaconda Sports but it has
not shipped yet.
b. MSBL Sports Store's current processing time
for internet orders is 1 business
day plus the additional in-transit shipping time. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are excluded
from calculating the arrival time of your order. |
